CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS
Please be aware that a credit card number is now required to reserve your appointment.
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you cancel your appointment. If 48 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 100% of your service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service.
Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late. Appointments that are forced to be rescheduled because of tardiness will also be charged the 100% fee.

CHILDREN
For the safety of both the child and the Salon, children are not allowed (under any circumstances) on the premises unless a service is being performed. We also understand that some people value a relaxing, quiet atmosphere and we do our best to accommodate that with our clients.
NO REFUNDS
We want you to love your hair. It is important to us that we get it right and if we miss the mark the first time, we will absolutely do our best to nail it on the second try! We do not offer refunds of any kind on any service for any reason.
TO GIVE APPOINTMENTS OUR UNDIVIDED ATTENTION, OUR PHONES ALWAYS STAY SILENCED AND VOICEMAILS ARE CHECKED AT THE BEGNINNING OF EACH BUSINESS DAY.
